I've been looking to install a couple of Heat Pumps in our Airbnb suite for over a year. I've had other companies come and give me estimates, but I haven't been happy with the estimates or the level of service I have received. My experience with Aire Serv of Greater Victoria was completely different than with the other companies. For the estimate, they sent out both an estimator and an electrician - Nick and Sean were patient and thorough. They answered all my questions and came up with an installation plan that worked for me. I was able to book an installation date that was quick and convenient. On the installation date, Sean, Rylan and Merik arrived promptly and worked all day to get the job done. From booking the first appointment to the installation the staff was friendly, helpful and offered a high level of service. I am very happy with the product and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aire Serv of Greater Victoria to my friends and family!

Aire Serv has done the last few services on our on-demand hot water, and HRV system. Office staff is always helpful, technicians are friendly and knowledgable. I'm very glad that they are helping us maintain our home.

We were delighted with Aire Serv's service when our furnace fan quit and we had no heat in January. Kirsten in reception promised someone would come just after lunch; he was right on time. Dustin, the serviceman, knew exactly what he was doing, diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. We recommend this company highly.

They were very professional. The two technicians arrived at my house on time at around 9:15 in the morning on the agreed date, and then quickly completed the entire cleaning process. They were very professional and very nice. I will ask them to do the cleaning again next time.
